Peter G. Ford is an experienced real estate lawyer who has practiced throughout the Capital District for over 40 years. A graduate of Albany Law School, Peter was admitted to the bar in January, 1983 and worked initially with the City of Albany in their Economic Development Bureau, closing transactions for the redevelopment of many of the historic and cherished buildings in downtown Albany. His experience there was a great learning ground for things to come, arranging financing and closings on these commercial/government projects using SBA, NYJDA, UDAG, Bond and local development corporation funds. A few short years afterwards, Peter joined his father, John L. Ford, in his residential closing and title insurance practice in a dusty old basement office in Albany. Those were the years where Peter became skilled in residential closings and title insurance operations, and learned the importance of continuing his father’s ethos of kindness, respect and humility. After his father retired in 1990, Peter took full control of all aspects of running a real estate practice. For years, his approach was simple: “if you want things done right, then you have to do them yourself”. He has always taken pride in giving each client and every file the personal attention from start to finish that is needed to avoid problems, issues, and delays. In real estate, many details and facets of the transaction require focused attention. These matters often times get overlooked or delayed unnecessarily by other offices. Peter has always approached his files as the sole point man. Accountability and responsiveness are his key ingredients in making a closing a seamless and stress-free experience for all involved.
Jeffrey Reale is originally from Colonie, NY. He relocated to the Town of Wilton in 2000 and where he currently resides with his wife Lisa. Jeff is a CPA, and has recently retired as the Town Comptroller for the Town of Wilton. Jeff is a 2004 graduate of the Saratoga County Leadership Program, former President/Coach of Wilton Youth Baseball, Jeff also serves as the CFO for Saratoga County Capital Resource Corporation.

Connor Reale lives in Saratoga County. Having graduated from Saratoga Springs HS in 2013 he went on to receive his BA in Sociology from the University of Buffalo in 2017. More recently, Connor graduated from Capital University Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor. Connor was admitted to the bar in June 2022. Connor was appointed as a NYS Bar Association Delegate In November 2022. During his breaks from law school, Connor interned at the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office and spent a summer clerking for the law firm of King, Adang, Arpey, Strickland, and Thompson.
